About Zoe

Zoe is our Director of Product and Marketing. She sets the direction for what we build and how we talk about it, and she still writes code, so what we promise stays grounded in what we can build.

She comes at product from design: research with the people who will actually use the thing, then designing and building it, then coaching the teams who pick it up. It is the reason a workshop insight can become something a team uses the following Monday.
