How It Works

Four phases of vibe-coding magic

01

Ideation

Teams form around ideas. We help groups coalesce around what they want to build in the next few hours.

02

Build (Vibe Code)

Participants use Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, and other AI tools to prototype and ship working apps. No prior experience required.

03

Support

Facilitators move through the room helping teams debug, brainstorm, and stay motivated. Coffee and snacks fuel the vibe.

04

Demo & Prizes

Teams present their work. We award prizes for Most Creative, Most Useful, and Best Vibes.

The whole point is that vibe coding makes app-building accessible to non-developers.

Why Run a Vibe-a-Thon

Demystifies AI

Watching your colleagues build an app in 2 hours with AI does more than any training deck. It reframes what is possible.

Builds Excitement

The energy is infectious. Suddenly people who thought they couldn't code are shipping products. That stays with them.

Surfaces Real Ideas

Prototypes that emerge often become real business opportunities. You find out what your team actually wants to build.

Team Building That Delivers

It's not trust falls. It's shipping real things together. Bonding through creation, not forced activities.

Who It's For

Anyone. Seriously.

Marketing teams. Operations leaders. Entire product organisations. Your CFO. Whoever. If you want your people to understand what AI can do and experience building with it firsthand, vibe-a-thon works. No coding background required, no prerequisites, just genuine curiosity and an appetite to create.

Ready to Vibe?

Let's talk through your team size, duration, and what you want to create together. We'll run a vibe-a-thon that leaves people buzzing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does everyone need coding experience? +

No. Vibe-a-thon is designed for anyone. Marketers, operations, leadership, product managers, and engineers all participate together. The AI tools do the heavy lifting.

What if a team's idea is too ambitious? +

Facilitators help scope ideas to what's achievable in a half or full day. The goal is a working prototype, not production perfection.

Can we run this across multiple locations? +

Yes, we can facilitate distributed vibe-a-thons, but the energy works best in-person. Hybrid setups are possible but require careful facilitation.

What if someone doesn't want to code? +

Many people participate in non-coding roles: product thinking, design, project management, or as a cheerleader for their team. Everyone contributes.
